In my search for a 3 wheeler I cam across Panther bikes which are made here
in Germany. Anyone had any experience of them? They look good. The 3
wheelers are on the bottom of the specialist page on the right, click on
them and they get their own page.

My preference would be for the larger bike with the wheels all the same
size, and it is rather less expensive.
Is it better to have the 2 wheels in front as opposed to behind as with the
Pashley and the di Blasi? I believe that I read somewhere that they are
easier to manoeuvre.

Upright tadpole - don't think I've seen a modern one of those before.

More stable when braking, certainly. And no asymmetric drive problems.

Morning had broken, and there was nothing left for us to do
but pick up the pieces.

There's an ad for a model in Cycle every issue. See
http://www.roman-road.co.uk/trikes/ for more details of one.
Pete.

Actually much depends on the eye of the beholder. So far I am impressed.
I made a request for some info on their bikes by email on Wed pm, by lunch
today a letter listing local dealers and 4 glossy brochures arrived. I
thought the bikes were very good looking but then I drive an old style (Fiat
Multipla). My best friend's wife hates the looks of the car but we
certainly have a comfortable touring holiday and than their family does in
their wee Ford Focus.
