New. It is rarely seen in all black. The requisite bb is 107/110 for
a double and 113/115 used as a triple. Square taper, JIS/Shimano
tapers. 170s.
The rings are Sugino 48/36 and I have a 26t, Shimano in the proper
bolt pattern if you want a triple. I can supply a 34t inner ring but
it is not black. It is easilly spray painted black.
