I'm off this week but will be back in next week for BR11. I've had
enough of showing how slow on the bike I am, tomorrow I will show how
even slower I am at running at the Decastella Run in Kew (don't bother
cycling on Kew Boulevard tomorrow morning). Based on the times for last
year's field I will be dead last and very glad to return to Sunday
cycling the followign week.

Sorry FD I'm still not back on the bike yet. The knee's much better but the
ankle is still a problem. I picked up the bike last night. Both wheels
needed a true but other than that nothing else got bent in the BR9 crash.

Glad to hear your'e not too badly injured after being car doored.

Geoff
