Can this derailer

Can this derailer http://topmenee.notlong.com be used with
a XT pod shifter? I think I'd like to try the new derailer, but not
if I have to buy new shifters? Also, what do ya'll think of the
new derailer ( those that have actually tried it)?

Yes. You get the long cage version and shove it slowly up your arse until
you feel the lower jockey wheel tickling your tonsils...
