Last Saturday I did the Muenster Texas Germanfest 100k ride. This is a great
ride with lots and lots of nice hills to challenge yourself with too.
One of the big downhill runs was the road runs off of this hill where you
couldn't see the bottom until you went over the edge, and even then the
bottom was way off down around a blind curve.
My poor cyclocomputer wasn't able to handle all that fun. :)

Of course at this speed you cannot get out of your aero-tuck position at
all, or you will suffer the consequences. :O
Some of the other pics I took at the ride.

I actually wanted to get a pic of the downhill run from the top but as I got
closer and closer to the edge, you couldn't see the bottom, then I went a
bit too far and AIIIYYYEEEE! I shot off over the cliff on the downhill run.
Oh well maybe next year.
As I was screaming down the hill, near the bottom, there was a sort of
peanut gallery cheering section of riders and spectators off on the side of
the road, cheering everyone on. I actually think they were there in case of
road kill.
