View Full Version : Silly Goose Lance

In a letter posted on Armstrong's Web site and dated June 9, Armstrong asked
the I.O.C. to suspend or remove Pound from the committee, citing Pound's
"reprehensible and unacceptable" misconduct in conjunction with the
retroactive testing.

Yesterday, Pound said he was not fazed.

"He likes to rely on a report that is, unto itself, silly, so that makes him
look doubly silly," Pound said.

I hope Lance doesn't go insane in retirement, like LeMond did.

Anyone who uses the phrase doubly silly is silly.

Brian, can you step it up a notch? Posting about someone calling
someone silly isn't news even on a slow day.
