Well glory glory the Tour day france kicks off tomorrow,that is if they
can round up enough riders.Seems that they have a little issue with
drugs or something.Now folks I find it hard to believe that all of a
sudden drugs have taken over the Tdf and officials have decided to put
their foot down.Would tthe fact that Sir Lance has retired have
anything at all to do with this? It certainly would not have been in
the Tdf's best interest to have had a big crackdown while Sir Lance was
still competing.The Tdf possibly recognized that busting up the tour
last season would have been a huge blow publicity wise and that
sweeping most allegations under the rug at least for a year might be
the correct choice.This whole mess has a real bad smell to it.Maybe Tom
Cruise will ride in and save the day?
