Mr. John Picken doesn't seem to understand the difference between
accusations and guilt. Mr. Rob Huber on the other hand seems to have a
grasp of the situation when he writes...

bicycle that took Lance Armstrong to victory will not produce race
results for anyone else.
It is becoming clear that we can no longer trust those who have been
running this sport. There are political motivations behind the actions
of these people and they are no longer worthy of trust.
