Easy.
When he wants to do something besides troll and screw with people he
adds a lot. Most of the time he's about getting attention and yanking
chains.
Gotta know which game Kurgan is playing too, when he bothers, because
he might be even better at it.
You really shouldn't have taken the "Be Simple" philosophy to heart.
