interesting to see Ryan Trebon pulling off a couple good results in
International Cross. Shows US cross level has risen.

Be interesting to see what a bunch of the US guys can do, as well as
see what happens at worlds.

That is not a particularly good set of results for Ryan, actually. I
think he did better last year. And the 10th, he was 4 minutes back and
nobody that good behind him. Didnt see the eastern erupeans in the
results, IIRC (which I may not have).

I think he would not say he has had a good run in europe this season.

He was ahead of Tom Vannoppen and Mariuz Gil... not a very long list I
must say, and Vannoppen might have had a mechanical or something.. but
still, considering Trebon has a stem that's about 9feet off the ground,
it's pretty good going. :-)

Vannoppen hasn't trained well for 2 years, suffering from severe
depression for which he's still being treated in an (open, obviously)
institution. He's slowly getting better working on his comeback.
