Dumbass -


Yoga and cycling are a good combination. One of the problems with
riding a bike exclusively is the action of pedaling a bike puts the
legs/hips through a very limited range of motion and it's even worse
for the arms/shoulders.

As one gets older, one's tendons/muscles get shorter and shorter and
there ends up being a dramatically increased risk of injury.

Yoga is just another way of stretching. I haven't been to a class in
awhile, but looking at the nice female asses was a nice fringe benefit.


I shouldn't mention that though. Clearly you'd rather look at the 95%
male Masters Fatties asses on the local group rides.

Davey got turned on to the Pilates Method

He never did the Yoga thing, but is quite happy with Pilates,
sponsored by the local Judo Club

Lotsa chicks too; he should have joined the Judo Club years ago ;)
