Received (at last) today, twenty-seven days after I wrote to him.
He writes:
"At this stage I would wish to write to Dr Stephen Ladyman... to seek his
views on this issue, and I will contact you again when I receive his
response."
The cynic in me considers that, given the lateness of the hour, he is
conveniently stalling until the deadline has passed, when he will be in a
position to express regret that it is now too late to do anything about
it. However, we shall see.
