Is it just me? The fixed.org.au website has been down for two days.

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?%26domain%3Dfixed.org.au

The domain name doesn't exist. It's been dropped by its registrar.
Someone didn't pay a bill, or it's been disputed and removed.

yep...(FIXED... lol...good one!)

ooooh , Hey Donga?.... the Qld DPP is appealing the Allan Scott case on
July 24.

His partner called me and thanked us at a.b and woj all for our
thoughts and activity and hoped that the appeal will succeed. I can't
get up there but if anyone in BrisVegas is able to then it would be
worthwhile to sit in for a first hand on how your courts now see hit
run deaths when more and more riders are venturing out and more and
more hoons and druggos are driving...

Wacko - I'll try to hunt this down. Would it be in the Bris
Magistrates' Court?

No, that is one place an appeal will not be as the Maggies court is the
very bottom of the court hierarchy.

I'd reckon the Supreme court might be a better bet.

But if you monitor the court lists available at www.courts.qld.gov.au
you will be able to find out where and when.

You could even ring the registry and ask.
