i would guess so, assuming you mean do you think that bikes should stop
at red lights.

I would hope not assuming he means the campaign at <http://
www.stopatred.org/>. For the OP a Google through this group will
reveal why many of us think this is at best misguided and at worst
fundamentally anti-cycling.
