No, if you had said "gazongas" or "ta-ta's" ... THAT would have been
crude. You, OTOH, took the high road.

Robbie's hesitations, the equivalent of our "uh's" in Americanese,
sound quite Italian ... like a native Italian speaker would use in
English if not completely fluent.
