badges or patches for levels passed???

How do you obtain the physical badges, patches or certificates for
levels that you pass? Are there some available on the internet?

You used to be able to buy the patches via mail order from the
Unicycling Society of America. Note that only levels 1-4 are available
to the general public. Higher levels can only be ordered by an official
level tester. I haven't tried to buy any recently but this would be an
avenue worth trying.
