I'm about to fitt my winther bike and cross bike with disc brakes.

The problem is that I can't find any forks that have fittings for disc brakes

Someone have clue where to find that kind of forks ?

I know that Giant sells some of their roadbikes with hydraulic disc brakes.
The mini type. Maybe you can check out what kind of forks they use.

You have to be smarter than a robot to reply.

http://www.winwoodbikeparts.com/muddyXDisc.html

you can probably get a framebuilder (if, et al) to build ya a steel one.
the winwood is reportedly heavy and flexy which was news to me since it was
a fair bit lighter than the if fork it replaced and doesn't feel flexier to
me by any stretch (i weigh ~175).

but you're right, there aren't a lot of obvious options out there.

I've been "about to" do the same thing for a year now...

I found a Winwood:

http://www.winwoodbikeparts.com/muddyXDisc.html

which was cheapest at Bulltek ($240):

http://www.bullteksports.com/catalog/cyclecross-forks.htm (bottom of
page)

And a Dimension for an absurd $53:

Let me know how it turns out.
