love the sarcasm in the closing paragraph (from velonews.com) :

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has announced that Joshua Webster (Monster
Media/SC Velo) has accepted a two-year suspension after testing
positive for “multiple banned stimulants” at last month’s Tulsa Tough
event in Oklahoma.

The 38-year-old Webster, from San Dimas, California, accepted a two-
year period of ineligibility, which began on July 12, 2011, the day he
accepted a provisional suspension.

As a result of the sanction, Webster is also disqualified from all
competitive results obtained on and subsequent to June 12, 2011, the
day his sample was collected, including forfeiture of any medals,
points, and prizes.

The penalty would negate his 91st place finish in one of the three
Tulsa Tough criteriums. He was listed as a DNF in the other two. The
history of competitive cycling will also be forever changed as his
29th place finish at the Chevron Manhattan Beach Grand Prix on June 26
will now be stricken from the record books.

Wot a maroon. He should have gone for DFL. At least there's some
glory in that.
