Yes he is, he rides in between stealing peoples identities, running red
lights while drunk [a Spanish hobby], doing drugs, employing thugs to
beat people up, modifying passports and credit cards and other general
forgery. It's a busy life but it leaves him a couple of hours a week to
ride. Or at least it did until he he starts residing in the carcel.
