http://www.tissottiming.com/ feeds the chip data to their
web site, click on Live Timing. That will tell you complete
preliminary results before they show up on other sites.

It'll also show you who is riding at the front and when
they are there. Which is a fine point, but the US U23s had
a couple of guys assigned to watching things up front, this
tells you who they were.
