What about a bridge using semi circle arches that are based on halves of really large bicycle wheels?
The largest "half rim" would be the main compression arch, then two rims with half that diameter are mounted on the "hub" of the largest span as well as the ends of the span.
Then 4 smaller rims are mounted on the 3 hubs and the 2 ends and so on until the road bed is fully supported.
The wheels would look complete with the reflection off the water.
Such a bridge might not cost much more than an optimized purely utilitarian bridge.

The bicycle wheel is the most beautiful structure ever designed by man or God but this bridge could come in 2nd place.
