A male cyclist exposed himself to two 12-year-old children along Railway
Walk, Louth, yesterday afternoon (Sunday March 13).
The incident took place at around 2.10pm, when the two children were
approached by a man riding a black mountain bike, who then exposed himself.
The children ran off toward the direction of Monks’ Dyke Road, with the
offender leaving in the direction of Wood Lane.
The offender is described as white, aged 16-20 years, medium/skinny
build, dark blonde hair, wearing a dark coloured hooded top and either
dark coloured jeans or jogging bottoms.
Any witnesses should call 101 with incident reference number 215 of
March 13.
