I couldn't see that he had been charged with anything at all - never mind about
two charges.

And the Coventry Telegraph surely cannot mean that the "passenger of the
Seat [sic] car" was simultaneouslysittng in a passenger seat *and* doing
a bit of "dangerous driving"?
