I did not realise that cyclists are the only payees into the
Government's coffers. Goodness they must be high earners, can you tell
us your financial position, it must be very good.

Cyclists on average pay more council tax than non cyclists.
Since traffic light cameras, by nature, generate no revenue it means cyclists pay for them.
