Want to know of a good place to obtain road bike tires in 27 X 1 1/8 inch
size? These are becoming harder and harder to find. Does anyone know of a
good site that has some selection. Most places that still carry them only
have the very low end, and cheap quality ones. Am aware that sooner or late
will have to either convert to new format of wheels or buy a new bike, but
in the meantime would like to just obtain tires.

Thanks for any info.

Guess it depends on where you are lookin'
Distributors like Quality has loads of them and a good bike shop will have them
on hand.

Try AlfredE Bike (http://aebike.com) Click on catalog, then
components, then tires. They have a pretty reasonable selection of 27"
tires compared to most sellers.
