Hello everyone,

Here are some pictures from my ride in the Pyrenees, coast to
coast, early this month. Just a basic photo show now, I haven't
put any day to day narratives or descriptions yet.

It looks like a great trip, lots of sunshine, beautiful scenery, and
you cycled the Col du Tourmalet. Did you do it before or after the
Tour de france?

Was there much traffic on the roads?

I did Tourmalet a week before the Tour came around.
I climbed the western side and the Tour climbed the eastern side.

Last yr I also went up the western side (same as the Tour)
also about a wk before. They had closed a section of
the pass I guess to do some repair before they came by,
so I had to take a detour and missed about a 4-km section
but his time I was able to do the entire Tourmalet pass.

There wasn't much traffic on Tourmalet and other
passes, and the drivers were pretty good about
passing at a good distance.

Earlier this yr, I saw the pictures from your Austria tour.
Looks beautiful. I'd love to do a tour there
someday.
