"The Republicans are coming! The Republicans are coming!"

When: Tuesday, August 24th, 7:00pm
Where: Southeast corner of Central Park

"One if by corporate jet, two if by S.U.V."

TIME'S UP! joins Greene Dragon to scout out the first Republican
threat on New York City, a historic ride on "horse-cycles" down
Lexington Avenue to warn New Yorkers: "The Republicans are
coming!"

The ride will stop for a call to "Liberty" at Madison Square
Garden, to elnist patritos into the revel cause, before heading
on to the Counter-RNC Kickoff Party at Webster Hall. Ride starts
at Sherman Statue, SE corner of Central Park. Come in red,
white, and blue. Bring your bike.

I would hope he would show up on his Serrotta bicycle, but apparently
he had other things to do, since we didn't see him. Around 250 cyclists,
many with "horsycles", did show up, along with a few skaters and folks in
pedicabs. It was a lot of fun!

=v= This was a fantastic event. Kudos to Greene Dragon and
all who took to bikes for the revel cause!

=v= Lots of teevee cameras there tonight. Did anyone happen
to see any footage on the news?
