What's the range per tire pressure used by ace freestyle riders, of
which I am not one.

You want a hard tire. In a gym you don't need so much, based on how you
want to be able to spin. Outdoors, basically give it all you can without
taking risks. Beyond that, it depends on your tire and rim quality,
rider weight, and personal preference.
