More modern bikes for women and obese men come with dual postion brake
levers and taped bars up past the hoods so you can ride in a more
upright position.

it.......and it's centered in the middle of the head tube. I never did
get a serious answer :-(

State Street in Madison, Wisconsin, adjacent to the UW campus with
40,000+ students.

It is actually much more pleasant with the students gone.

Hugh Hefner never had to dodge Madison Metro busses, taxis, police cars,
motor scooters, and vehicles with delivery permits [1] while
photographing women.

Besides, Hefner attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,
not the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

[1] State Street is closed to regular traffic.
