What is under this guy's jersey? Or is his body shaped weird. I've
seen him in person and never noticed anything odd.

I thought it might be his rain jacket. With the crosswinds and chaos,
support might have been at a minimum.

It may be upgraded to ProTour status, but it's still a semi-classic,
and still on a weekday.
