I am new to this site and was wondering and hoping someone could help me
locate a 19" Yo Eddy for a xmas present. My husband had three and still
talks about them. He broke every one but he has calmed his riding
style. Thanks for your time.

eBay is your best opportunity. However, they don't come up that often and
they tend to go for high prices.

Fat Chance!! Good luck finding one. No longer made. Like Bomba said.
E-bay. Or try MTBR classifieds. Or get a modern bike. Lots to choose
from.

One of the reasons that FC bikes are so expensive is that there very few
available. If your husband has broken 3 already, I'd say he's 2 over his
limit already. I would ask if he deserves another. Maybe he should
concentrate on breaking bikes that anyone can find and leave the Yo Eddys
for those who can appreciate them.

I'd look at Independent Fabrications and Vicious Cycles. Both had a
hand in Fat Chance and make similar bikes today.

I'll have to agree with other posters. If he broke three of these beautiful
frames already, he's probably not using them for their intended purpose,
which is tight single track riding, and should get something else. I hear
these are good for launching them off a cliff:
