agitated under a vehicle safety system being developed by Huawei.

Thermal-imaging cameras and heart-rate monitors could be used to tell
when the driver is angry and the vehicle’s speed could be automatically cut.

Those would be very useful if they could be adapted for compulsory use
by those permanently-angry urban cyclists constantly on the lookout for
the opportunity for a fight with... well, with just about anyone, really.
