Indeed Sadly it's been on my bedside table for ages, but it never
inspires me to pick it up - maybe if I'm having difficulty sleeping ...

It contains excellent advice, but ISTR it's rather dry and waffly - and
the new(ish) edition is even longer than my copy. Does anyone know if
it's any better?
