Best Maintenance Book?

I find myself needing to do some tinkering with a new bike, and my old
bike book doesn't have anything to say about the new-fangled shifters I
need to fiddle with.
Can someone recommend a good, current, maintenance manual?

Zinn's books are pretty good for beginners.
