They should ban all hills, and stationary objects within a mile of the road.

QUOTE:
Road closed after cyclist seriously injured in crash with wall

Detectives have urged anyone with dascam to share their footage
ENDQUOTE

There has to be at least a chance that it was the wall's fault.

The hypocrisy of the Police never ceases to amaze.
When something happens they call for dashcam or phone footage, yet if you film the Police they tell you it's illegal to film in public.

Here's the truth: it isn't illegal.

When the police tell you it is, they're just trying to get rid of you,
for some reason (I couldn't possibly comment as to why).

You ought to make a detailed and complaint against the Chief Constable.

Let us know how you get on.

PS: Don't use any foreign phrases in the letter, Del.

The chevrons, barriers and speed limit have been put there because there
is another very large group of road users that have difficulty going
down hill.

and don't forget to write in green crayon, and use red paper. That is
the sure way to get it to the right department.

Since you are fluent in Unwashed Northerner can you explain why 'people' from Liverpool ask strangers 'Do you know where Simon is' just because you have a wris****ch and they don't?

Zut alors! Even for you, that's a bit esoteric.

Try English and stick to it, Del.

Have you written your complaint against the Chief Constable yet?

Try to avoid the use of Latin phrases.
