it. Probably staying at home is only a tokenistic remedy but obviously

Change all max speed limits to minimum speed limits. At a stroke, cars
would spend less time on the roads, and there would be less congestion.

What about bottlenecks where the speedy drivers will end up sitting
stationary while still pumping out their nasty pollution?

to use bicycles.

Cars which go under the minimum speed limits will be fined, so there wont
be bottlenecks. Stationary cars will be towed away.

pssibley my farts.
Two mant people around hear at the moment to worrry about if you kan
