Cyclists are the new women.
An amusing little read.

Some valid points about Clerkenwell Road, which seems to be a magnet for bad cyclists, obscured by the total ******** that makes up most of the article.

Are you sure you mean "credence" (the term used to denote the quality of
being prepared to believe, often in conjunction with the verb "to lend")?

Or did you mean "credibility"?

As I'm sure you know, they don't mean the same thing.

Credence was what I meant. The first article was a tongue-in-cheek
rant from a journalist. The second article was a report of a
conversation between an ex soldier and his ex wife.

I really don't see how.

The quantity of credence is a reaction of the person hearing the news.
Credibility is a quality of the information. It's a bit like "infer" and
"imply".

The first article was a tongue-in-cheek
rant from a journalist. The second article was a report of a
conversation between an ex soldier and his ex wife.

That isn't relevant.
