Froome in a Crash?

I was told that Chris Froome was involved in a pretty large crash. But perusing the times and the fact that Froome is still leading he couldn't have been involved physically.

Can anyone tell me what happened?

If he did, he recovered well because he won the TT Stage 16 by 30 seconds.

looking at the times from stage to stage you can't tell he crashed.

Nibs got the better of him today, but still trails by quite a bit.
