This is the shocking moment a BMW driver knocked a cyclist off his bike
and left him for dead after driving on the wrong side of the road. Sean
Fagan, 29, is facing jail after he hit Josh Dey, 22, on Easter Sunday in
Swain’s Lane, Highgate and drove off.

CCTV footage caught medical student Josh, who was seriously injured,
flying over Fagan’s car. Arizuna Asante, prosecuting, said: ‘He suffered
a bleed on the brain which we will need to know more about.’

The only thing this thread needs is for Pounder, Cheerful and Nugent to unreservedly condemn this driver's actions.
Their suggested sentence would be a nice bonus.

I'm surprised you need to ask.

It's clearly not the driver's fault. Off camera another cyclist jumped
off a pavement at nearly 40mph and went through a red light light
forcing him onto the wrong side of the road. The alleged victim
compounded it by moving over late through insufficient competence due to
lack of training and testing.

Thoughts should be with the driver for the mental distress of having to
bear the cost of buying the polish to buff out the mark on his car
because the unregistered red light jumping cyclist is untraceable and
cyclists aren't insured.
