A description is given by the victim of a violent robber who approaches,
attacks and robs a defenceless woman then scarpers on his bike and you
"think" that it is funny? Or that it is somehow impossible for the
criminal on the bike to have been visible to his victim at such close
quarters and that it is connected to bicycle-lighting (of all things)?

You are *sick*.

Sensible people can only hope that this cyclist is caught before he can
do much more of it.

Are you suggesting that it's completely safe, and a good idea, to cycle
around in the dark wearing dark clothing? Whilst I would strongly advise
most cyclists against doing that, for safety reasons, I can happily make
an exception in your case.

Are you suggesting that it's completely safe, and a good idea, to cycle
around in the dark wearing dark clothing? Whilst I would strongly advise
most cyclists against doing that, for safety reasons, I can happily make
an exception in your case.

Read this group for long enough and you will see motorists can spot unlit cyclists from thousands of miles away but a cyclist lit up like a knocking shop on payday is invisible.

So there is no evidence the alleged robber was on a bicycle at the time of the alleged attack.
Glad you agree it is time for compulsory pedestrian registration and identification numbers.

Colours don't really work at night, you need reflective clothing.
