Need loooong bar tape for EC90 Aero

I've just installed an Easton EC90 Aero handlebar. Even though I've scrimped
on my wraps, to didn't have enough tape to cover the flat area on the bar
top. Need maybe a 18" more.

I used Cinelli...

I'm looking at the Giro Advantage 2 or the LG Rocket Air.

Either one have an edge over the other?

The LG has the windscreen accessory. Is that an edge?

I'll check the topcap 'into the stem' distance. But as I can tighten the
headset initially, I think that's OK. I didn't think the topcap was supposed

Headset loosens! Not the bolts...

It's not the bolts that loosen...the stem slides up the fork setting that
tell-tale loose-headset rattle over bumps.

I've just tightened my headset for the umpteenth time since building up my
bike last August. I'm thinking I need to replace the stem. What do you
think?

What I've got: Thomson X2 10 cm. Cannondale...
