It would establish what happened: whether the pedestrian lights were red and
the pedestrian walked into the path of the cyclist who had priority, or
whether they were green (and red for the cyclist) in which case the
pedetrian had priority. It may provide some sort of description of the
cyclist for him to be identified, and it would show the action of the
cyclist, to confirm that he rode off without stopping.

As a *responsible* cyclist who *always* stops at red traffic lights, give
way junctions and zebra crossings, I deplore the behaviour of this cowardly
cyclist who did not even stop to check how badly injured the pedestrrian
was, nor to wait for the police in order to face the music.
