Interesting. Should a lorry driver be held accountable for causing
death if that death was caused by his vehicle's slipstream.

seems improbable that his demise was caused by the slipstream which is
behind the vehicle,

Of course, in this case we do not have enough information to suppose
that Mr Cramp's untimely fall was caused by the vehicle's slipstream
- it just seems that way.


Which bit of "beginning to lose control as ... approached." makes you
think that?


it is a special way of reading that psycholists have, it ensures that
salient points that do not support their way of thinking never reach their
brain.
