Because there is no evidence of anti-cyclist equestrians posting to
this cycling newsgroup, as there are plenty of anti-cyclist motorists
posting here..

Maybe not *exactly* within your description, but there are plenty of
people posting here complaining - as pedestrians (which most of us are
most of the time) - of cyclists illegally cycling along footways. My
chief complaint against that offence is as a pedestrian.

Exactly, when I am nearly knocked over by a cyclist on the pavement, I
am a pedestrian not a motorist.
