Default The _Observer_ on "deadly" bike lanes

Guardbridge to St. Andrews. No turns off a few miles where the only
alternative is a single carriageway A road with lots of bends, so you
end up causing a procession which isn't any fun for anyone. A good
example of the sort of place a cycle track works well.

Except for the golf balls. When asked about this the official of
Fife Council claimed that all cyclists should wear helmets.

I agree that the cycle path you describe is good, but Fife Council
spoilt their copybook by the cycle track through Guardbridge, which
is a good example of a farcility.

I will always explain revoked keys, unless the UK government
prevents me using the RIP Act 2000.
