I would say this is, in reality, irrelevant because you don't know the speed that the bike was travelling.


Anyone who is affected by a bicycle on a sidewalk should take a cue from hikers on trails who have to constantly dodge cyclists at the risk of their life and limb. Cyclists never have any idea of how they affect anyone else. That is because they are childish and like all children can see no further than the tip of their noses.
