I wonder if that guy is still around.

Well. I pretty much have to agree with you Andrew, but I grew up with Japanese friends that were in those concentration camps. My classmate was BORN there and I went into the Air Force when my friend joined the Marines. That turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. Both John and Jay making ANY pretense that there was any danger to this country by people who had been here as long as those whose heritage dated back to the Gold Rush is pretty disgusting. Especially since the government themselves admitted it was completely wrong and nothing more than a land grab.

I suppose this discussion started when I mentioned General Curtis E. LeMay. History does no reflect well on him. Bombing industrial centers is one thing. But fire bombing Japan and killing women and children without any discrimination is another altogether. This was why such things were made illegal by the Geneva Convention. And John's preposterous comments that the bombing couldn't be all that bad if 9 years later the rice farmers could still work their fields is a direct challenge to his sanity. He claims to have spent 8 years in Japan and doesn't know how rice is planted and grown there?

These people who have so little business here are frustrating. Jay does belong here but continues to make far left statements for exactly what reasons?
