As onewheeldave mentioned, I'd go with a Yuni Muni 24x3
Here in the U.S., however, you can purchase a 26" Yuni frame instead of
the 28" to gain the required clearance for a Gazz
I have the 24x3 Gazz on a 26" Yuni Muni and also ride a 28'r
