Make sure to get the machined type made from stainless steel. Make sure it
is coated with some sort of super slippy substance like black teflon. Then
make sure all your housings are ultra clean - use a squirt bottle and shoot
alchohol thru them, followed by a blast from an air gun. Then make sure
your ferrules have the little rubber donuts to keep spooge out of the
housings (which should be teflon or gortex lined.)

Then again you could use just about anything and swap them out often and
have pretty good performance.
