The incident occured on Kingsmill Road when an elderly woman was knocked off
the pavement by an adult cyclist who had been riding close behind her.
The cyclist did not stop to apologise.

Badly ridden push bikes are a constant threat to pedestrians. This is an
example of such bad riding, particularly as the ran away which makes it
even worse. Pedestrians need to be
reminded constantly of the potentially lethal threat from cyclists ,
which is rarely punished adequately.
